Photos from a late night at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans. Open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week and closed only on Christmas Day and for the occasional hurricane. They serve NOLA’s best beignets and cafe au lait (made with 1/2 hot milk and 1/2 coffee & chicory).
