Happy Valentine’s Day

Over the weekend I made meyer lemon ice cream with raspberry sauce and edible bowls.  The edible bowls were quite the challenge, but fortunately the recipe makes 15, and I only needed four, so I got lots of practice and had lots of rejects in the process.  Eventually I had enough bowls, but they’re definitely not as easy to make as they seemed initially, and I’ll need to do some research and work before I can call them a success.  Oh well, it’s all part of the fun of cooking… the successes and failures.
